In the last decades, Villas de Ancón has become more and more populated by immigrants and without a real urban organization. Infrastructures and resourses are poor: only the 47,8% of inhabitants has access to clear water, 48% has waste systems and 56,5% has electricity.
In addition, there is a complete lack of services and infrastructures thought for young people and there is no youth policy.
Nowadays, the Sagrada familia church offers school support and non-formal education activities, especially in the music field.
